The
Cleveland Furniture Bank is open to qualified individuals
and families in need that are referred by participating
agencies. The participating agencies represent faith
based, secular and governmental groups throughout
Northeast Ohio.
The
Cleveland Furniture Bank is intended to provide for
those who are moving into homes without basic furniture.
Qualified referrals include but are not limited to:
1.Victims
of domestic violence, homelessness, or chemical dependency
who are moving out of shelters or transitional housing.
2.People
being released from incarceration.
3.Refugee
families that settle in our community.
4.
Individuals leaving hospitals or long term care facilities.
5.
Young adults leaving foster care system because of
age.
6.
Victims of personal and natural catastrophes such
as fires and floods.
